Custom Button Pin Frame

Check this out, I created a custom button Pin frame, by cutting out a circle shape, adding paper. I then took one of the eyelits embellishments and enlarged it around the center of the circle. Added some overlays, changed an ovelay into a stamped image and Happy Birtday text. There you have it!

Word Art

Learned a new technique today called Digital Word Art. It is amazing what all you can do with Storybook Creator Plus software. I haven't even scratch the surface as to the power of this tool. Best of all you don't have to use everything you create for just Digital scrapbooking. You create art and print on your home computer to place on a traditional page or card. The sky is the limit.

Give it a try. Open a project and size, start with a blank page and started adding word. Increase the fonts sizes, use funky fonts and add some shapes. When like what you have right click on the image and choose SAVE AS CONTENT. Name the output and make sure the file type is png. You can save it to the location where you have your MY STUFF. Then later when you are creating a project and want to use this emblishment you can select from where you stored it.

Place Cards

This was a hit this year at my Christmas dinner. I used Storybook Creater Plus 3 and made place cards with everyone's pictures on them. Start an 81/2 x 11 project printed out on my computer using white cards stock. I used an exactor knife to cut around the top of the photo so that I could fold the paper and the picture pops up.

You have to try this for you next dinner party.
